What can students and companies expect?

Structured program

In teams, the students develop a solution for future problems in a structured process over 3 months together with a company.

Workshops

In monthly workshops, the student teams work with the companies on a solution. The teams learn methods directly from practice.

Mentoring

During the program, the company provides a mentor who accompanies and supports the teams. This enables the teams to find a solution for the company and to develop themselves further.

Foundation & transfer

At the end of the program, hannovate supports the teams in developing the solution and obtaining funding for a start-up if required.
