TECHNOLOGY CENTER TECH1 SCIENCE AREA 30X
The TECHNOLOGIE ZENTRUM TECH1 provides innovative, technology-oriented companies and start-ups with the opportunity for optimal business development. The companies located here are mainly active in the digital economy, production engineering and optical technologies.

The TECHNOLOGY CENTER is located in the 28-hectare SCIENCE AREA 30x and has a usable area of 3800 square meters. The offices, laboratories/production areas and workshops are suitable for demanding technical requirements. Building security is ensured by access control via an electronic locking system and a central burglar alarm system.
In May 2023, TECH2 was opened directly opposite TECH1 after almost two years of construction. 77 new offices, four additional workstations and six more laboratory units: A milestone for Hanover as a business location.
