The project is financed by funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the State of Lower Saxony Program Area Stronger Developed Regions (SER); funding period 2021-2027 as part of the RIKA state program (Promotion of Regional Initiatives and Cooperation for Women in the Labor Market - Business Start-ups) with funds from the State of Lower Saxony, the State Capital of Hanover and hannoverimpuls GmbH.

What can we do for you?

Our advisory services include individual start-up advice and viability checks for applications for start-up grants and MikroSTARTer Niedersachsen, as well as start-up checks and individual coaching for female founders on unemployment benefit 1 as part of the "Start-up Compact" training program. We also offer a start-up meeting point, an online group consultation that takes place every two weeks.

In Germany, there are many opportunities and ways to enter the job market and gain qualifications. However, not every woman has equal access to them. Language challenges, experiences of discrimination, a lack of knowledge of the system or different value systems can lead to diversity being perceived as a labyrinth and a loss of confidence in oneself and one's own abilities.

With our offer and workshops on the topic"I can do something! What can I do?",we open up new perspectives and show you how you can make a successful start to professional development and self-employment. Let's get started together!

Gründerinnen-Consult wants to sensitize women to sustainable start-ups - and help them! We put together groups of female founders as successful teams that support each other in their goals and meet in a self-organized way. We support the groups during the matching process with monthly consultations and online group consultations as required. We also offer an accompanying workshopprogram on sustainable topics that is open to all female founders, solopreneurs and sidepreneurs.
