Fluxx

If the family's network does not work, regular childcare is unavailable or no solution can be organized in the personal environment for relatives in need of support, "Fluxx" offers parents or relatives immediate advice and support.

Fluxx emergency care" for children and relatives in need of support arranges short-term caregivers in the family's home or a care service outside the home and transportation services. Fluxx helps, for example, in the event of unforeseen work peaks, delays after business trips, sudden illness, accidents or one-off bottlenecks in the family.

The caregivers all have pedagogical and nursing knowledge and training. They have many years of professional and life experience with children and older people. Both the transport service and the qualified emergency caregivers legitimize themselves with a project ID card.

Care is based on the emergency situation, including at weekends. However, an exceptional situation in the family is always a prerequisite. The well-being of the child and relatives in need of support is the focus of all requests.

Since mid-2016, the network's range of tasks has also been extended to include family caregivers.
