Fund for socio-ecological innovation in the Hannover Region

Funding is available for investment and material costs as well as consultancy services up to a maximum funding amount of EUR 10,000.

Funding is available for pilot projects from the full range of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda (https://17ziele.de/). Two funding priorities are given particular consideration in the evaluation:

a) Business model innovations for the social economy

1. Innovative, intergenerational offers in the urban and social space, for example on inclusion, childcare and for older people
2. Digital technology solutions for greater participation

b) Business models with the explicit objective of promoting employment (innovative social enterprises), i.e. the sustainable creation of jobs for disadvantaged target groups in the labor market (especially integration, inclusion, long-term unemployed)

The application deadline is May 11, 2025. On April 22, 2025, there will also be an opportunity to take part in a preparatory workshop for application ideas before submitting the application.
