Diversity in municipalities
FUTURE NEEDS DIVERSITY - The business development initiative aims to strengthen the attitude towards diversity as a factor for innovation, resilience and the recruitment of skilled workers and against racism, exclusion and discrimination in the culture of companies, thus highlighting diversity as an important location factor for the future of the Hannover Region. The further development of corporate culture in relation to diversity is linked to a change in mindset and corporate organizational processes.
In order to raise awareness of the topic of diversity among companies throughout the Hannover Region, individualized events or series of events on the topic of diversity can be implemented to meet the needs of local companies.
Consortia from at least three municipalities in the Hannover Region and the Hannover Region can apply. One municipality acts as consortium leader, the other municipalities are involved as partners. A maximum of EUR 15,000 is available per consortium.
