MuT (Girls and Technology Congress)

Reducing gender-stereotypical career choices and motivating girls to explore the diverse professional opportunities and career prospects in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

The Girls and Technology (MuT) Congress serves to reduce gender-stereotypical career choices and shows girls the diverse professional opportunities and career prospects in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

Workshops encourage the schoolgirls to take part. The groups are accompanied by role models who are also available to answer questions about career choices. The Girls and Technology Congress has been held annually since 2012 and is financially supported by the Hannover Region.
