Can
I didn't really know what to expect at the beginning, but was looking for guidance and suggestions for improvement at the time. After an initial face-to-face appointment, which left me with a very good feeling, I worked with my consultant digitally.
Practical support
My application letter and CV were carefully checked for errors and form, good suggestions were made and it was pointed out where it made sense to shorten or elaborate.
All of this was rounded off with tips on making contact, job interviews, possible alternative training occupations and an open ear at all times. In the end, however, it was up to me to accept these good intentions and incorporate them into my applications, contact the employers and conduct the interviews.
Personal commitment is important
Without always taking the first step myself and getting involved in counseling, I would not have been able to receive this help.
Counseling can definitely help. It will show you what a future without studying can look like, how you can cope with such a decision and at the same time move on.
