The project Umsteigen statt Aussteigen helped me a lot to find my way. I am now part of the Schwäbisch Hall Group and am looking forward to starting my 2-year sales-oriented apprenticeship there in September 2020.

The "Umsteigen statt Aussteigen" project is necessary because it creates a link between companies and students - with the personal, targeted involvement of the Hannover Region's employment and economic development agencies.
