Benedict

To be honest, I wouldn't have imagined that at the beginning of this consultation.

The project Umsteigen statt Aussteigen helped me a lot to find my way. I am now part of the Schwäbisch Hall Group and am looking forward to starting my 2-year sales-oriented apprenticeship there in September 2020.

Once again, I would like to thank you very much for your dedicated help and would like to say that I am more than satisfied with the result of your support.

Now I have the right conditions (regular feedback, clear structures, direct transfer into practice, etc.) to develop my potential as a future sales representative in professional practice. Now I have the right conditions (regular feedback, clear structures, etc.) to develop my potential as a future sales representative - with my own area with the local Volksbank - in professional practice, whereas in retrospect, success on the academic path seemed unsuitable at the time.

Recommendation

I will definitely recommend the project to friends and acquaintances who are also dropping out of university and don't know what to do next.

I will also make any feedback for you more than positive if they still want that. The project showed me that you are valued as a person. During the application period, I received many inquiries asking whether I still needed support or whether I still had questions, requests or other things that I wasn't really clear about. I am pleased that it worked out so quickly and well.

Christian Volker (Bausparkasse Schwäbisch-Hall) puts it in a nutshell

The "Umsteigen statt Aussteigen" project is necessary because it creates a link between companies and students - with the personal, targeted involvement of the Hannover Region's employment and economic development agencies. This makes it possible to decide on an individual basis whether the transfer offer is really suitable for the student. The project is definitely very good!
