I became aware of the Umsteigen statt Aussteigen project through advertising on public transport. I was expecting conversations in which the possibilities were discussed and several perspectives were presented.

For example, I used a self-created decision matrix with weightings for various aspects to help me make my decision. Discussions with family and friends also really helped me during this time.
The added value of this project for me was firstly that I was quickly given an appointment. And secondly, the fact that we got to the root of the problem in our joint discussions.
