Online Workshop- Entrepreneurial Personality (Women only)

A brilliant business idea and sufficient capital are the winning combination for starting a business, so far so good. But is that enough? Or do you also need special skills and abilities that will make you a successful entrepreneur? We have noticed time and time again that female founders in particular question their entrepreneurial skills very critically.

Is there a female founder gene? Why do you like being an entrepreneur? What drives you? What qualities do you have that make you successful in the long term? We are looking for answers to these and other questions to find out what you bring to the table as a personality and where you can continue to grow in order to run your company successfully in the long term.

Our speaker, Sylwia Chalupka, is Project Manager for Start-ups & Entrepreneurship in the Gründerinnen-Consult project. She has also been an entrepreneur and networker herself for over 17 years. Her main topics are female empowerment and diversity management.
