Off to the south
A trip to the south is not only worthwhile during the vacations: Hannover's Südstadt not only offers a liveable residential environment, cultural highlights and local amenities for the approximately 44,000 citizens of the city and region. In the recent past, the excellent infrastructure has contributed to a considerable increase in the importance of the business location, which covers almost 7.20 km².
The two central traffic axes Marienstraße and Hildesheimer Straße provide clear orientation and direct access to the numerous service businesses.
Together with the Bult as a smaller, neighboring district, this results in a comprehensive offer for medium-sized and large companies.
