Located on the "Hildesheimer Straße" lifeline, this district is one of the larger of its kind with 35,500 inhabitants and an area of 16.56 km².
The good connections via Seelhorst, the Südliche Leineaue in Wülfel, the centrally located Fiedlerplatz in Döhren - in recent decades, the district has increasingly transformed into a modern environment with a high quality of life and excellent shopping facilities.
And, of course, they also benefit from the attraction of the Hanover trade fair grounds, which close off the district to the south.
