The modules can be booked individually, the topics complement each other. The order is freely selectable.
The workshop series is aimed at managing directors, managers and executives from companies in the Hannover Region.
Focus of the modules
Module 1
Classic project management and in "4 steps to the right decision", e.g. for objectives, system selection, various options, project planning and completion.
Module 2
Managing (project) risks, (project) participants and teams, communication, (online) meetings and online tools
Module 3
Agile working, agile project management, creative working methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, design thinking, agile methods: KANBAN and SCRUM
