Classic project management and in "4 steps to the right decision" ( performance comparison, utility analysis, profitability calculation, amortization ) e.g. for objectives, system selection, various options
Module 2
Managing (project) risks, (project) participants and teams, communication; (online) meetings and online tools
Module 3
Agile working, agile project management, creativity and working with the KANBAN board, analog and digital
Module 4
Scrum, THE agile working method: what is it? How does it work? What can I use for myself and my company?
