Online services also for companies

Since the end of June 2022, there has been an improved online contact point for services provided by the state capital of Hanover.

An optimized structure makes it easier for customers to search for municipal services, as it is now also possible to search by life situations and target groups.

In addition, the online services, which are more than just a printable PDF, are brought to the fore with separate search options and optimized placement of the relevant services. The new portal offers a wide range of added value for users.

Companies can find information and forms for

• Business registration, re-registration and deregistration
• Special uses (applications for events in public spaces) These can be: commercial events, sporting events, street festivals, marches, filming permits as well as music and concert events.
• Outdoor advertising, for all tradespeople, freelancers, stores, companies, associations or anyone who wants to draw attention to themselves visibly in public spaces and wants to install advertising systems with a total visible area of more than one square meter (A x B x number of sides of the system), requires a permit from the Building Regulations Department for systems that are not exempt from building regulations.
