Intercultural skills training for foreign specialists and junior staff

This training supports your foreign colleagues in overcoming uncertainties and cultural challenges in their day-to-day work. As a result, obstacles can be removed and potential can be optimally developed.

In three interactive workshops, we address cultural similarities and differences. Through a mixture of theory and practical exercises, we create an understanding of the working culture in Germany. In addition, we analyze conflict situations and strengthen problem-solving skills to avoid future intercultural misunderstandings in the team.

The training is aimed at foreign specialists and junior staff who are new to Germanyand a good knowledge of German isa prerequisite for participation.
