The competition for talent has long since begun. Accessibility, gender equality and the needs of different generations are playing an increasingly important role in the labor market. In order to meet the challenges posed by the shortage of skilled workers, many companies are also focusing on recruiting skilled workers from abroad.
With diversity training, you can prepare your employees for working in diverse teams and strengthen their action and communication skills. This not only contributes to a good working atmosphere, but also to the long-term success of the company.
The Start-Guides projects "Welcome to Hannover Region" of the Hannover Region and "CariGuide in Hannover und Region" of the Caritasverband Hannover e. V. offer diversity training in 3 modules in cooperation with the IQ Network Lower Saxony of RKW Nord GmbH.
The digital training series is aimed at small and medium-sized companies from the Hanover region. The dates can be booked independently of each other. Participation is free of charge.
