Workshop - Structuring and planning AI project ideas

As part of our face-to-face workshop, you will learn about the AI CANVAS model and the AI project profile, two tools that you can use to structure initial AI ideas for your company and initiate them as part of project management. In the workshop, we will also help you to identify potential AI applications for your company, concretize them and derive initial action steps.

14:00: Welcome and brief presentation of KI.WI - The AI network of the Hannover economic region
 Present AI application potentials and guidelines (focus)
 Present AI canvas and AI project profile (focus)

14:15: Presentation of the companies

14:30: Formation of groups and joint completion of the AI canvas or the AI project profile

16:15: Break

16:30: Presentation of the results to the other participants

16:45: Conclusion and outlook KI.WI and further events

17:00: End of the event
