Securing employees through the right to stay

The right of residence with opportunities, which has been in force since January 1, 2023 (Section 104c of the Residence Act), gives tolerated refugees who came to Germany before October 31, 2017 the opportunity to obtain a probationary residence permit. The subsequent transition to a permanent perspective usually depends on employment or training.

In our online event, you will find out which refugees can benefit from this regulation and which legal requirements must be met for employment. In addition, we will introduce you to relevant advisory services that can support you with the implementation.
