Trainer breakfast 2023
The aim of the meeting, which lasts around an hour and a half, is to briefly inform trainers about current developments on the training market over sandwiches and coffee, to find solutions to any questions and difficulties that arise before or during training and to offer active support. The opportunity for networking and informal exchange in a pleasant atmosphere is particularly important.
This time, the breakfast took place in the conference room of Wohnungsgenossenschaft Heimkehr e.G., where all participants felt very comfortable. The organizers thanked the company for its hospitality.
Frank Willmann, Project Manager at the Hanover Chamber of Industry and Commerce, presented the "Matching Apprenticeships" project. The IHK project team supports small and medium-sized companies in filling vacant training places and helps applicants interested in training to find the right apprenticeship. Anna Kiefer, Kiefer Sprachen-Service, provided ideas and impulses to qualify and retain trainees and employees through language training in the company. In addition, Marcus Voitel, Head of Coordination Office University and Career I Advice and Project Coordination Umsteigen statt Aussteigen - Region Hannover, presented ways of recruiting university drop-outsfor apprenticeships.
