Workshop "Skilled workers of tomorrow: future skills in education and training"

What will the skilled workers of tomorrow look like and what skills will be needed in the future? These and other questions will be addressed by the transformation network neu/wagen together with the RegioLab network for further training, the further training network Zukunftsqualifikation in der Transformation and the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Digitalization Campus.

The focus will be on future skills, qualification profiles and new technologies in the training and further education sector. Using examples from the new training formats of Volkswagen AG and the further training technologies of Continental AG, many impulses for new training paths are guaranteed. The offer is aimed at small and medium-sized companies in the Hanover region and surrounding area.
