Workshop: Process optimization

Ineffective processes manifest themselves in many ways, e.g. through recurring search efforts or interruptions in operational processes. The consequences are manifold: overwork, disputes, loss of productivity, financial losses, etc.

But it doesn't have to be that way! This workshop teaches a structured approach to process improvements.

The workshop is very practice-oriented. Module 1 in particular is the best way to learn and test the approach using your own real-life company example.

Module 1:

• Introduction: Business processes as a central component of corporate development
• Clear presentation of company processes
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement
• Representation of detailed process sequences

Module 2:

• Create process descriptions yourself
• Recognize potential for improvement
• Systematically redesign work processes
• Conclusion: implement and keep at it
