regioLab Continuing Education Network

January 16, 2026 - Together instead of alone! The regioLab network offers regular networking, exchange, and collaboration on topics related to human resources and organizational development.

The network brings together representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as experts from academia, the education sector, and other institutions.

The aim of the network is to jointly address challenges such as the shortage of skilled workers and digital transformation by focusing on personnel development, continuing vocational training, and organizational development.

Through cooperation between companies, labor market players, and continuing education providers, learning takes place within and between the network, and open exchange is promoted. Cooperation within the network strengthens companies and their employees in successfully mastering the challenges ahead and positioning themselves for the future.

Cooperation allows skills to be pooled and continuing education measures to be organized across company boundaries in a resource-efficient manner.

What is a continuing education network?

In a continuing education network, several companies with similar challenges in personnel and organizational development and the professional continuing education of their employees join forces.

What are the advantages of a continuing education network?

  • In a continuing education network, companies achieve various synergies, such as jointly developing solutions to similar challenges, exchanging best practices, jointly developing a continuing education strategy, and so on.
  • Continuous exchange and support where necessary
  • Improvement of continuing education offerings and quality through the tailored development of measures
  • Possible reduction in continuing education costs by distributing the costs among all participants in the network
  • Increased employer attractiveness through improved continuing education offerings and increased visibility (press, industry meetings, etc.)

How does a continuing education network work?

The companies in the network decide for themselves in which direction they want to develop their continuing education network and how intensively they want to work together. In meetings organized by regioLab+, content priorities are set and measures are developed depending on current and strategic needs. The network is supported by our network manager as well as external partners and experts.

How much does it cost to participate in the continuing education network?

Participation in the network and consulting by the regioLab+ network managers is free of charge for small and medium-sized companies in the Hanover region. The project is funded by the state of Lower Saxony, the EU, and the Hanover region.

How can I participate?

Participation in the network is possible either through our various event formats or by contacting us directly. You can join at any time.
