regioLab training network

13.09.2024 - Together instead of alone! The regioLab network offers regular networking, exchange and collaboration on the topics of personnel and organizational development.

The association brings together representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as experts from science, the education sector and other institutions.

The aim is to jointly tackle challenges such as the shortage of skilled workers or the digital transformation by focusing on personnel development, in-company training and organizational development.

New contacts

Through cooperation between companies, players in the labor market and training providers, the network learns from and with each other and promotes an open exchange. Cooperation within the network strengthens the companies and their employees in successfully mastering the upcoming challenges and positioning themselves for the future.

The cooperation bundles competencies and enables further training measures to be organized across company boundaries in a way that conserves resources.

What is a training network?

In a training alliance, several companies with similar challenges in personnel and organizational development and the professional development of their employees join forces.

What are the advantages of a training network?

  • In a training alliance, the companies achieve various synergies, such as the joint development of solutions to similar challenges, exchange of best practice, joint development of a training strategy, etc.
  • Continuous exchange and support where necessary
  • Improving the range and quality of further training by developing tailored measures
  • Possible reduction in training costs by spreading the costs across all participants in the network
  • Increasing employer attractiveness by improving the range of further training on offer and raising awareness (press, industry meetings, etc.)

How does a training network work?

The companies in the network decide for themselves in which direction they want to shape their training network and how intensively they want to work together. In meetings organized by regioLab+, content priorities are set and measures developed depending on current and strategic needs. The network is supported by our network manager as well as external partners and experts.

What does it cost to participate in the training network?

Participation in the network and advice from the regioLabs+ network managers are free of charge for small and medium-sized companies in the Hannover Region. The project is funded by the state of Lower Saxony, the EU and the Hannover Region.

How can I participate?

Participation in the network is possible either via our various event formats or by contacting us directly. You can join at any time.
