The Welcome Center offers the following services for companies from the Hannover Region:

• Individual advice on the employment of international skilled workers.
• Comprehensive support in the acquisition and integration of international specialists.
• Placement of skilled workers via the Fair Migration projects.
• Information events with experts on the integration of skilled workers.
• Training on intercultural competence, diversity management and on-boarding.
• Support in communicating with authorities.
• Business network for skilled labor immigration.

The Hannover Region Welcome Center is building international partnerships to ensure fair migration from selected countries. With the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), we are currently able to place skilled workers and trainees from Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt with our regional companies in the following sectors as part of the THAMM Plus program:

The Welcome Center offers integration support during the arrival phase, including visits to the authorities, welcome events and intercultural training, to ensure that your new skilled worker has a secure and sustainable start to their employment.

All our services are free of charge for both companies and skilled workers. As an employer, you only pay the flight costs and visa fee for your future specialist.
