Working groups

The Immigration and Welcome Culture working group pursues the following goals:

• Exchange and knowledge transfer between municipal labor market players regarding current developments and activities in their respective areas of responsibility relating to the topic of international skilled workers.
• Development of case-specific solutions for the challenges faced by immigrant skilled workers and their employers.
• Implementation of joint events and projects.
• Promoting an open and welcoming culture.
• Strengthening the Hannover Region as an attractive location for international specialists.

The Accelerated Skilled Worker Procedure working group has the task of improving the processes in the accelerated skilled worker procedure in order to offer employers a fast and transparent service when submitting applications. The focus is on a simplified and smooth process.
