Logistics makes school

The Logistik macht Schule association of companies has set itself the task of improving the image of the logistics sector among schoolchildren and promoting young talent. To this end, the companies develop standardized career orientation offers.

These include, for example, activities on Logistics Day to get involved and get to know each other, a teaching module lasting several hours with an information film made by trainees themselves, job application training and trainee talks. In addition, Logistik macht Schule is represented at regional training fairs and various school fairs with a specially developed stand where trainees introduce and inform young people about the topic in a fun way.

Teacher days and information events in the companies are organized for school representatives (head teachers, teachers, training guides, social education workers), who are the link to the target group of young people. The regular dialogues create understanding (for special situations, structures, target groups), ideas, agreements and commitment. Schools interested in working together should contact the project coordinator.
