Team resilience as the key to overcoming times of crisis
A topic of great topicality and importance: "Together through times of crisis - strengthening resilience: team resilience as a success factor in times of crisis". At a time when companies and their teams are increasingly confronted with challenges and uncertainties, this WERKSTATT ATTRAKTIVE ARBEITGEBER workshop provided valuable insights and strategies.
The focus is on innovative concepts and proven methods for strengthening resilience at an individual and team level. Among other things, approaches from positive psychology and Aaron Antonovsky's sense of coherence, which plays a central role in understanding resilience, were highlighted. Participants had the opportunity to delve deep into the questions: "Which person gives me strength and why?" and "What do resilient teams do differently?"
Another focus is on creating psychological safety and living values in the team context. These are two essential aspects that distinguish resilient teams from others. In addition, it was discussed which routines and practices can support teams in continuously promoting and strengthening their resilience.
This workshop not only imparted theoretical knowledge, but also provided practical tools and techniques that managers and teams can use to improve their resilience in times of change and uncertainty. Participants were able to gain valuable insights into how to create an environment in which team members strengthen each other and successfully overcome challenges together.
We are convinced that the content and discussions of this workshop can contribute to the development of strong, resilient teams in the Hannover Region and beyond. In a world that is becoming increasingly complex and unpredictable, the ability to adapt and recover is more crucial than ever. You can read about important aspects in the handout.
