Immigrant women are often affected by discrimination in several ways: they are disadvantaged due to their gender, origin and/or religion, which limits their participation in working life.
In addition to our advisory work, we therefore work in working groups, network meetings and at specialist events to reduce structural disadvantages for immigrants in the labor market.
In cooperation with various network partners in the Hannover region, we work together on projects that promote the participation of migrants in working life.
With information events and workshops for immigrant women, we create offers specially tailored to different target groups.
It is also our aim to sensitize small and medium-sized companies in the Hannover Region to the potential of immigrant women, creating a win-win situation for both sides.
The focus of our work is therefore to ensure that immigrant women are able to secure a livelihood and find work that is appropriate to their qualifications and meets their expectations.
