Society is changing - family structures, career biographies and life plans are evolving with it.

As a group, the companies are committed to family-friendly employment structures, flexible personnel management and future-oriented personnel planning.

Family friendliness and a life-phase-oriented HR policy support employee satisfaction. They therefore increase employer attractiveness and are a competitive advantage.

The Coordination Office for Women and Work is responsible for the association's office work. The ÜBV e.V. is open to companies from all sectors that employ female specialists and want to retain them in their company in the long term.

Depending on the number of employees, a membership fee of between €110 and €220 per year and company is charged.

  • Events and internal workshops on topics such as recruiting specialists, leadership and diversity in the company
