For more family friendliness for more than 20 years
In the Hannover Region, the Überbetriebliche Verbund Hannover Region e.V. (ÜBV) has been committed to family friendliness and a life-phase-oriented personnel policy for over 20 years.
"Motivated employees meet attractive employers - this not only strengthens the local economy, but also enables many people to achieve a better work-life balance. This is a real win-win situation. Social progress and equality belong together," emphasized Social Affairs Minister Dr. Carola Reimann at a meeting with the chairpersons of the alliances and the heads of the co-posts in Hanover.
