With our offer, we want to support women with families on their career path, when returning to work or reorienting their professional career.

Our long-standing contact with further education providers and our competence network of established lecturers enables us to offer you a seminar program that includes current topics relevant to the professional world and also offers a wide range of opportunities for your personal development.

In order to take compatibility into account, we offer a range of online events in addition to face-to-face seminars.

Application for course reduction

The coordination office can subsidize participation in our seminars with up to 50% of the course fees - up to a maximum of €100 per participant per year. The funding option applies to offers from our programme and other offers from recognized educational institutions.

The following are entitled to a discount:

  • People returning to work after family or care leave
  • Women and men on parental leave
  • Unemployed women entitled to benefits under SGB II and SGB III, if support from another program is excluded.
  • Women from mini or midi jobs
  • Employees and employees on parental leave from member companies of the Überbetrieblicher Verbund Hannover Region e.V. (ÜBV e.V.)

We can also reduce the course fees for employees and self-employed women who are subject to social security contributions. If you take part in our courses, you can also apply to us for reimbursement of any additional costs incurred for childcare. Double funding is not possible. The subsidy must be applied for in good time before the start of the seminar at the Women and Work Coordination Office. There is no legal entitlement.
